I’ve been struggling with sever neck pain which radiated from the base of my skull to my traps. My lower back would hurt with every turn in bed at night and I was always so sore when I stood up in the morning. My shoulders ached. My back hurt and even my ankles were stiff. I did some research on pillows and even tested some out at the major stores until I found this on online. I was desperate for something to ease my neck pain and tension headaches. This pillow has undoubtedly changed my life. It was hard to adjust to but not uncomfortable. It took about a week to adjust to a new pillow but I was pain free the first night I slept on it. My lower back used to wake me up at night the moment I twisted in my sleep. I can now rollover in my sleep without wincing. My nights are easier and I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. I am actually sleeping 2 hrs longer than I used too. I used to toss and turn from the early morning hrs and I don’t anymore. Undoubtedly the best money I have spent in a very long time. The pillow is raised under the neck so it takes getting used too. It’s soft but firm so your ears don’t hurt on it and you have plenty of support. For the first time in forever I can feel my body is aligned when I sleep and the lack of body aches and stiffness are proof.
I’ve found my pillow for life, it just needs a fitted cover that suites it as std covers are a bit loose. The texture of the pillow though grips the pillow case so it doesn’t crinkle beneath you when you sleep so it’s purely cosmetic. It is worth every cent!
